LAUNCH OF NEW ON-LINE OXFORD JEWISH HERITAGE MAP!

JTrails and Oxford Chabad House, are pleased to announce the launch of a superb new on-line map of Oxford Jewish Heritage, hosted on Google Map.

The new map offers an unparalleled and detailed interactive view of our local Jewish heritage, which also includes over-lays showing exactly where important sites and buildings were in the medieval Jewish quarter, including the synagogue as well as detailed information. The map has over 100 Jewish locations at present.

The map has been developed by JTrails Director, Marcus Roberts and is based on 20 years of research. Marcus, a founding members of the Chabad society in Oxford, first developed Jewish trails of Oxford in conjunction with Chabad in 1989 and Chabad has supported Jewish heritage in Oxford over two decades.
